Summary of 3rd annual geothermal conference

The 3rd annual geothermal conference was held in Fællessalen at Christiansburg on the 27th February 2019. The theme of this year’s conference was ‘Heating for the future (Fremtidens Varme)’ and the event saw presentations from Danish minister of Energy, Utilities and Climate Lars Christian Lilleholt and from the Dutch director-general of Climate and Energy Sandor Gaastra among others.

Geothermal energy on the Energy Bill

Geothermal heat is positioned to become a key component in the green transition. Geothermal energy has to be part of the forthcoming Danish energy bill.
