Geoop is participating in a feasibility study for geothermal energy in the Swedish region of Skåne. The study will run through the first half of 2018.
The project focusses on combining technical and commercial knowledge on how large scale geothermal energy can be developed across Skåne. The project includes looking at risks, environment and how geothermal energy supplements other sustainable sources of energy.
The project partners are; Againity, Climeon, EON, Geoop, Länsstyrelsen Skåne and Malmö city. The project is financed by European Regional Development Fund and Region Skåne.
